"My name is Jill Ehret, I have worked for Dr. Frank for a little over a year. When I first started they informed me that I would need to video tape my new patient appointments. I was very apprehensive at first and didn't understand the need for that, until I watched my first video with Janice. Watching myself on tape was brutal. Janice pointed out areas that needed improvement and she gave me all the tools and guidance to make those changes.
